Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30, 1941) was the son Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been wed with Richard Herbert Cheney for over thirty years. He was moved into Casper, Wyoming with his family in the year 13 when he turned thirteen. He was raised by his father who worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture was the director of the conservation district of Casper.
